Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping:

Spectra Fine Jewelry is pleased to offer our clients complimentary shipping for orders exceeding $25,000. This gratis service includes fully insured FedEx overnight shipping. You will be notified ahead of shipment if there are any exceptions, as some jewels in our collection will require alternative options.

For orders above $200,000, Spectra Fine Jewelry will ship via white-glove courier, armored shipping (Brinks, Malca Amit, Ferrari Express), or other courier service.

For orders below $25,000, Spectra Fine Jewelry ships via FedEx Priority Overnight for a flat rate of $100 (weekday delivery only).

Please note that an adult signature is required to receive all packages. You must inspect your order upon arrival and notify us immediately, within 24 hours, if any damage was incurred during shipping.

Local Pickup:

For select jewels, Spectra Fine Jewelry is pleased to offer local pick up at our New York City showroom, located in the heart of Manhattan’s Diamond District. After completing your order and selecting “local pickup” at checkout, your order will be processed and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is complete, along with detailed instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 10:00am to 5:30pm from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Please have your order confirmation email prepared as well as a valid government-issued photo ID which needs to match pickup signature, at the following address:

International Shipping:

Spectra Fine Jewelry is pleased to now offer international shipping. Due to the variance of possibilities, please contact us directly for shipping costs and carrier options. The following should be noted:

  • An adult signature will be required to receive your package. 
  • You must inspect your order upon arrival and notify us immediately, within 24 hours, if any damage was incurred during shipping.
  • Orders shipped to countries outside the US are subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Spectra Fine Jewelry is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. All customs, duties, and fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. 
  • Customs authorities will require that we state the purchase value of your order directly on your package.
  • Customs clearance requirements can cause delays beyond our control. 
  • Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
